2023 //

Radiance, a piece that explores sonic borders, desert memories, the relationship between the field recordist and her environment. Audrey Ann Cullen and Cameo Flores premiered Radiance at the 51st National Flute Association Convention, “Beyond Borders,” in Phoenix, AZ on August 3.


Spoken by Sunlight, for solo flute, was premiered at the Texas Flute Society’s 37th Myrna W. Brown Competition on May 27. Performers included Leslie Richmond, I-Ling Emily Ho, Jessica Morrow, and Nina Robinson.

2022 //

Field recordings Lost Lake and Third Coast Toads were played at Phonography Austin’s World Listening Day 2022: Listening Across Boundaries event on July 18.

April 2022: I passed my dissertation defense!

The Arizona Contemporary Music Ensemble under the direction of Simone Mancuso presented my dissertation piece, The Rhizosphere, on April 21, 2022.


My piece about the San Marcos River was premiered on April 6, 2022 by the ASU Wind Ensemble, directed by Kristen Zelenak.
